By downloading, accessing, or using Cortext, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all conditions, please do not use the application.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Conduct

Cortext maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior:

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the messages and content you post.
• Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to post defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Safety Tools: You can report inappropriate content or block users directly within the app.
• Penalties: We reserve the absolute right to remove content and suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice.

3. Privacy

The processing of your data, including the geolocation required for the app, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cortext is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the application, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted service.
