At Cortext, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), as well as any behavior that endangers minors (grooming, sextortion, trafficking, etc.). The safety and well-being of minors is our utmost priority.
It is strictly prohibited to use our services to create, share, request, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any account engaging in these activities will be immediately deactivated and permanently banned.
We implement continuous and rigorous processes to detect this type of content. Upon acquiring actual knowledge of the existence of CSAM or activities related to child exploitation on our platform, we will proceed with its immediate removal to prevent further dissemination.
We work closely with law enforcement authorities. Any confirmed incident of CSAM will be reported to the relevant legal authorities, including organizations such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or corresponding local authorities, in compliance with all applicable child safety laws.
Cortext provides tools within the mobile application itself so that users can quickly and easily report any suspicious behavior or inappropriate content that puts a minor at risk. We strongly encourage our community to use these tools at the slightest suspicion.
